--In 1981, our father, Vincent V. Fabrocini, first opened his Italian Kitchen in Tarzana. He always used the best ingredients. --He taught us to cook by hand and taste, never by measure. He used family recipes handed down from generation --to generation. We continue this tradition today. This restaurant is dedicated to his memory and his wonderful recipes.
